My short answer is - it just is how they like to be. Maybe later, after some successes, they begin to think in more utilitarian terms, but I'm doubtful of that. I'm not a scholar and neither are most entrepreneurs. They don't prefer effectual logic because they know or put great store in theory. When I first read of Saras's work, I didn't appreciate it from any theoretical position or intellectual camp. I recognized each principle as something deep inside me. Some principles I tend to default to and others I may need to work harder at. But for me, the system is validated by how good I felt that someone had brought it to light.
