Describe how you became involved in Effectuation research.: 
I was teaching it without the labels for years, based on my early work (with Bill Gartner) on emergence processes. My colleague Jintong Tang and I invited Saras to keynote a Gateway Entrepreneurship Research Conference at SLU and have followed the SEA work as it developed.
